EL PRESIDENTE 100

The El Presidente community has more than 200 apartments but it is very quiet and friendly with 5 pools (where one is heated during the whole year), beautiful architecture, well maintained gardens and lawns and only a short walking distance to the beach.

The community feels very safe having a 24 hours surveillance with patrolling.
